Jane has worked in casting since 1983 when she left her job with agent Peter Crouch and spent three years working for Liz Cassidy, then onto musical theatre with Leonie Cosman and an eight-month stint at Hubbard Casting.
She went freelance in 1986, starting out by doing many TV commercials. Her first ever casting was for a ‘Bank’s Beer’ commercial for Mel Smith. Jane has cast numerous feature films such as ‘Hear My Song’ and ‘Shopping’. She casts a variety of projects include corporates, commercials, low budget features and short films. She regularly works with the National Film and Television School.
Jane is a regular theatre goer, attending two or three times a week. She recently cast ‘SWEET SCIENCE’ for Jack Silver for Edinburgh Fest.
Recent projects include: ‘JELLYFISH’ starring Liv Hill of ‘Three Girls,’ which premieres in Margate on 1st July.
At age 14 Amar Adatia was given the opportunity to star in the Bollywood blockbuster, ‘Kabhie Khushi, Kabhie Gham,’ alongside some of India’s biggest stars.
Whilst continuing work as an actor, Amar decided that his true passion was to create his own opportunities and began work on hisfirst feature film, ‘Four Hours’ in which he starred and produced. This film was acquired by a distributor at the Cannes Film Festival and sold worldwide.
Fast forward to 2017 and Amar is now in the process of having released in nationwide cinemas, ‘Gangsters Gamblers Geezers,’ & ‘ Dangerous Game’ his own feature film in which he has acted, directed and written.
He has two feature films he had produced and starred in called Dangerous Game which he has co-produced with Calum Best and Requiem both out in summer 2017.
In addition, Amar is in the post-production stages of his first television series, ‘Derranged’ which is due to be aired in the coming year.
Roy began writing plays in 1990 and is now arguably one of the country’s leading dramatists. In 2000 he was the joint-winner of the George Devine Award and in 2001 he was awarded the Evening Standard Award for Most Promising Playwright. He was awarded an OBE for Services to Drama in the 2008 Birthday Honours List.
His plays include Advice For the Young at Heart (Theatre Centre); an adaptation of The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner (Pilot Theatre/UK tour); Sucker Punch (Royal Court – Olivier Award nomination for Best Play); Category B (Tricycle); Angel House (Eclipse Theatre/UK tour); Days of Significance (RSC); Joe Guy (Soho Theatre/Tiata Fahodzi); There’s Only One Wayne Matthews (Polka Theatre); Baby Girl (National Theatre Connections); Absolute Beginners (Lyric Hammersmith); Little Sweet Thing (Nottingham Playhouse/Eclipse Theatre UK tour); Slow Time (National Theatre Education); Fallout (Royal Court); Sing Yer Heart Out For the Lads (National Theatre); Clubland (Royal Court); Soul: The Untold Story of Marvin Gaye (Royal & Derngate Northampton/Hackney Empire co-production) and the list goes on!
Television work includes Let It Snow (Endor Productions/Sky); Fallout (Company Pictures/Channel 4, Screen Nation Award for Achievement in Screenwriting); Offside (BBC, Winner of BAFTA Children’s Film & TV Award for Best Schools Drama) and Babyfather (BBC). For film he has co-written Fast Girls (DJ Films).

She is currently casting the upcoming musical film, TEEN SPIRIT for Automatik, written and directed by Max Minghella.
